Putting yourself out there as a new coach can bring up a lot. Becoming a coach is such an act of courage because of this. You're going to feel the fear but you're going to put yourself out there anyway.
Luckily, as a coach, we're equipped with the tools that will support us through these challenging times. As with any coaching tools though, we have to be reminded to lean on them!
