Being a coach, a large part of our work is guiding our clients to all the big and little decisions that make up our life experience. And there is no lack of decisions to be made at any turn in both our life and in our business. And being a sensitive creature myself I notice how my stress levels quickly creep up when I'm confronted with too many choices , or ones that feel like my whole success as a human being is hanging on this one do or die moment.
